As an educator, Gabriela finds presenting to students to be second nature. The skills she uses in her classroom: lesson design, connection, and relativity, are the same ones she uses when designing presentations. Each presentation is crafted to be age-appropriate, enriching, and engaging.
2023-2024 Rates
- Debut Deal: Free Storytime w/ Q&A and book signing with every class set book purchase. *Class set is 15 or more books, purchase order must be emailed to sign up for debut deal.
- Full-day: $500 Includes 3-4 presentations, 45 minutes each spread out over the course of the school day. Lunch option with teachers, book club, or selected students included.
- Half-day: $300 Includes 2 presentations, 45 minutes each spread out over 3 hours at school site.
- Storytime w/ Q&A: $150 each reading, 30 minutes.
For travel over 250 miles from 92363, travel expenses will be added.

Lower Elementary K-2
Storytime and Q&A: includes a reading and a question and answer session
Upper Elementary 3-5
Storytime, Q&A, and Activity: includes a reading, question and answer session, and activity on the theme of time and perspective in Only for a Little While.
Middle and High School 6-12
Power of Persistence: includes a reading, question and answer session, and the journey to publication, including the rejections but the importance of never giving up on a dream.
Rewarding Revisions: includes a reading, question and answer session, and the importance of revision. Using early drafts and the revision process during publication to show that small changes can make a big impact.
